Said Sharbin, Edgar Diaz and Alexandria Garcia Every year Colorado NORML has offered a Scholarship in the name of the great Hunter S. Thompson. This Scholarship is awarded to those individuals who are active learners, educators, and movers within the Cannabis legacy. Said Sharbini is a Deputy State Public Defender defending indigent people accused of crime. He is committed to defending people, upholding the Constitution, and supporting good cannabis policies. When he was in private practice, he advised people on cannabis regulations to help them navigate the system and realize their dreams of having a business in the cannabis industry. Edgar Diaz and Alexandria Garcia, practice as The Kind Law Group in Salem, Oregon. One aspect of their practice is that they represent cannabis consuming parents who have family law related difficulties arising from their (therapeutic or healthy adult) use at a 'modest means' fee. Additionally, they are representing cannabis consumers charged with crimes, and medical and adult use cannabis businesses. They are also just recently engaged!
