local muncipalities - do your partLast year Colorado passed a Bill to allow for cannabis delivery. Governor Polis signed HB19-1234 into law May 29th 2019 at 3:32 p.m. allowing for the delivery of regulated marijuana. This gave local municipalities control to enact ordinances to allow for deliveries within their City. More than ever do we need localities to ACT NOW! Local municipalities need to pass a local ordinance to allow for cannabis dispensary delivery. We have been working with stakeholders groups in Denver before the stay-at-home order was issued. And will continue to remotely gain forward motion progress with delivery.
