Colorado NORML also supports NORML's mission of moving public opinion sufficiently to achieve the repeal of marijuana prohibition so that the responsible use of cannabis by adults is no longer subject to criminal sanction.

BIO: 1989- Tim planted his first cannabis plant in rural Ohio The 90’s - The proving grounds of outdoor cultivation. Throughout the 90’s Tim worked on cannabis cultivation practices and techniques in rural illicit cannabis gardens. Experimenting with applications to grow better cannabis and scaling outdoor cultivation. In the 90’s the cannabis Tim was growing was given to various people that needed medicinal cannabis. In 1996 Tim moved to Colorado and began cultivating cannabis in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. In 1998 Tim began professional studies of Horticulture Science from Colorado State University. Throughout the remainder of the 90’s Tim worked on perfecting cannabis cultivation and genetic selection The 2000’s - Tim’s skills in outdoor and indoor cannabis cultivation became truly defined. Tim was providing the highest quality craft cannabis grown with meticulous intent. In 2001 the State of Colorado allowed for medicinal cannabis to be grown and prescribed for people in need. Two years later Tim was growing as a caregiver for multiple medical cannabis patients and began focusing on genetics and breeding cannabis for new and unique cannabis cultivars, In 2001 Tim went to Amsterdam to his first cannabis cup and furthered his contacts and legitimacy in the cannabis industry. In 2004 Tim started Medicinal Gardens Caregiver Cooperative where he grew medicinal cannabis for multiple patients in a scaled indoor cultivation facility. In 2004 Tim Founded and was Director of the Front Range National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (FRNORML) Where he formed a non profit with 120 members and worked to legalize and decriminalize cannabis in Colorado. In 2007 Tim started Medicinal Gardens of Colorado, one the nations first cannabis dispensaries. 2010 to 2017- In 2010 after 3 years of success and a growing medical cannabis business, Tim sold Medicinal Gardens of Colorado to begin his global cannabis endeavours. In 2010 Tim started OG Dynamics, a consulting group focused on optimizing cannabis cultivation and processing. From 2010 through 2014 OG Dynamics worked with small and large companies and individuals in the global cannabis industry, optimizing process flow and advanced technologies in cultivation and extraction. In2015 OG Dynamics was acquired by CBDRx, a hemp based CBD company in Boulder CO where Tim served as Chief Operating Officer. Marcus Taylor, Secretary, Denver
ABOUT: Marcus has been a medical marijuana patient since turning eighteen years old in California in 2005 and is a passionate marijuana advocate, especially since witnessing the benefits of Rick Simpson Oil as the caretaker of a cancer patient from 2015-2018. He has worked with Kind Meds medical dispensary and it's RSO production arm since 2018 and looks forward to make RSO affordable and widespread in Colorado and nationwide, as well as contributing to positive changes in cannabis legislation. BIO: Marcus received his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from California State University, Sacramento in 2012, where he graduated with Cum Laude honors and specialized in quantitative social science analysis. He also holds a master's degree in Ethics and Public Policy from Suffolk University, where his research focused on post-conflict reconstruction and his graduate thesis explored the link between democratic governance and conflict with other nations. He worked as an adjunct professor, mentoring program director, and quantitative researcher before graduating with his bachelor's degree. He also served as the Herbert Scoville Jr. Fellow at the Arms Control Association, where he focused on the implementation of the New S.T.A.R.T. Treaty, ratification of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, and arms control efforts at the United Nation. As a graduate student, Marcus edited and contributed to the compilation book Theorizing Transitional Justice, contributed to the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy's article on Transitional Justice, and received the Academic Excellence award for his academic research. Following graduation, Marcus opened up his own Digital Marketing and Corporate Ghostwriting business, writing news articles, op-eds, textbooks, speeches, company manuals, websites, non-fiction books, legislation, and more. BIO: Born and raised in southeastern Virginia, my family started bringing me, as a child, to Colorado in 1975. That exposure began my love affair with the mountains -- and Aspen in particular. I moved to Colorado in 1989 to attend the University of Colorado, Boulder. After undergraduate school, I lived briefly in Crested Butte and enjoyed life as a skier. The Task Force's job was to respect the will of the voters of Colorado in implementing Colorado retail marijuana law. In his free time, Mr. Small enjoys telemark skiing, reading science fiction/fantasy and hockey (as a player and a fan). Mr. Small attended Syracuse University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. Upon graduation, Mr. Small relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley, working as an information technology consultant for several years.
