Colorado NORML endorses Brianna Titone for House District 27
Denver, Colorado: The Colorado NORML organization officially endorses Brianna Titone for House District 27- 2018.
Brianna with lifelong volunteer to her community, a small business owner, has 15 years’ experience as a Professional Geologist consultant, HOA President and board member for 7 years. She's got a great history working with people of different cultures, languages, and personalities to get the job done. Brianna supports filing the gaps in education funding to help teachers reach their goals to teach (without raising taxes), science-based environment policy, reduction of HealthCare costs, help improve elderly care and living situations.
"The people voted to legalize cannabis, and I fully support the complete legal right and ability to cultivate cannabis and hemp for all uses. THC is not a dangerous substance when compared to alcohol and nicotine, and with regulation it is safe to use. Its medicinal applications are expanding by the day as more research is legally performed. Local control over the cannabis industry is in the spirit of how we do things here in Colorado.
Hemp is incredibly useful and can solve multiple problems - as a sustainable crop with many uses, it is a critical economic boon for rural Colorado's agricultural communities struggling with commodity prices and declining water supplies. I look forward to new innovations and jobs in Colorado in the blossoming hemp industry."
"Our Organization and its Board are proud to support and endorse Brianna Titone campaign for House District 27," said CoNORML Executive director Ashley Weber. Brianna Titone’s career choices and volunteer experiences prepared her for greater responsibility and challenges. She will bring change and progress, advocating for the voices she will represent."
With the general election right around the corner, Colorado NORML stands firmly behind Brianna Titone and her mission to enact change and keep the fight for the reform of marijuana law alive.
Colorado NORML’s mission is to move public opinion sufficiently to legalize the responsible use of marijuana by adults, and to serve as an advocate for consumers to assure they have access to high quality marijuana that is safe, convenient and affordable.
