On Thursday, February 16th, the first Congressional Cannabis Caucus was created! Representative Dana Rohrabacher from California (Republican), Earl Blumenauer (Democrat) from Oregon, Jared Polis (Democrat) from Colorado, and Don Young (Republican) from Alaska formed the first ever caucus of its kind, which intends to increase medical research into cannabis and change regulations on banking and taxation for cannabis businesses.

SB17 Passes Unanimously 1st Senate Hearing 5-0

Colorado was the first State to Legalize Cannabis and is now taking another step forward to become the 20th State to allow Cannabis treatment for PTSD!

A Colorado Bill called SB17 will add PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder to the list of qualifying conditions for treatment with Cannabis. This Bill is sponsored by Senator Irene Aguilar and House Representative Jonathan Singer.
