No.  The current science is that smoking impairs driving, and that the impairment goes up with the rise in  active THC.  Impairment decreases over time.  Safe times after smoking may be as little as two or three hours, and as much as 24 or more hours.  Edibles require MORE time before safe driving. 

Flying a passenger jet has always required higher standards than driving, which requires higher standards than walking.  In short, if you have to ask, take a cab.  They're CHEAP compared to a $10,000 DUI Pot.  And that is just the legal fee.
